Requesting an appointment

Submitting a booking request does not confirm your appointment. Every request is reviewed by us personally and confirmed by email. Please do not plan your day around a slot until you have that confirmation.

We usually confirm within one business day. If your request is time-sensitive, call (323) 542-3773 — that is always faster than the form.

Deposit

A $50 deposit holds your appointment. It is paid by Zelle and is applied to the price of your tint — it is not an extra charge.

We do not take card payments online. The deposit is arranged directly with the shop once your appointment is confirmed, and the balance is due when the work is finished.

Changing or cancelling

We know plans change, and we would much rather move your appointment than lose you.

Twenty-four hours or more before your appointment: no problem. We will move you to another day, or return your deposit if you prefer. Just call or text.

Less than twenty-four hours before: we keep the deposit. By that point the slot cannot be filled, and the day is already built around your vehicle.

Running late, and no-shows

There is a fifteen-minute grace period. Please call if you are held up — if we know you are coming, we will do what we can.

Beyond fifteen minutes we may need to reschedule you, particularly for the last appointment of the day. Tint takes two to three hours and we cannot start a job we cannot finish.

If you do not arrive and we do not hear from you, it is treated as a same-day cancellation and the deposit is kept.

Your vehicle

Please empty the door pockets, rear deck and anything resting against the glass. We have to reach every edge.

Tell us at booking if the vehicle already has tint on it. Removing old film adds significant time, and a job booked without it may not fit the slot we set aside.

Existing chips or cracks in the glass: we will inspect before starting. Damaged glass can worsen during tinting — heat and pressure are involved — and we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage spreading. If we think the risk is high, we will tell you before we start rather than after.

Times are estimates

The time we quote is a genuine estimate from the vehicle you tell us about. Aftermarket glass, previous film and heavy adhesive can extend it. If your job is going to run long, we will tell you as soon as we know.

If we have to reschedule

Occasionally we have to move an appointment ourselves. If that happens, you get first choice of the replacement slot and your deposit is fully refundable, no questions.

After your tint

Please read our aftercare guidance before you drive away — particularly the part about not rolling your windows down. Film needs a few days to cure, and this is the single most common way a good install gets damaged.

Questions

Call or text (323) 542-3773. Our booking emails are sent from an unmonitored address, so replying to one will not reach us.

Ready When You Are

Tell us the car and what you want out of it. We will come back with a price and a day that works.
